"This is always a wonderful place to stay when we are in Rome. They helped us to arrange transport from the airport to the hotel even though it was a very busy time. The only thing that is sad is that they have canceled their dinner/cocktail service in the evening. "

"The apartment was nice, the location was great right next to the Pantheon. We were able to use the elevator for my 76 year old father who has mobility issues. The hosts were fantastic helpful in every way we were able to book transfers from the airport to the apartment as well as to the Termini station for 4 adults with luggage. Everything was as advertised we enjoyed the beautiful art in the apartment. We would absolutely stay here again! There was a bit of street noise but the hosts had it...

"Lovely apartment in an ideal location. Walkable to great shopping and iconic places. Lots of restaurants and a cute patisserie almost nextdoor. We stayed over Christmas Eve and were very comfortable. My daughter stayed on the pullout couch and son upstairs in lofted bedroom with my husband and I in the second. Plenty of room and everyone slept well."

"We had an amazing stay at Balboa. The check in process was seamless and the property was exactly as described. The location is central, but also outside the tourist hustle and bustle. We had a large group ranging from 1-60s and everyone loved the property. Would highly recommend. "
