"Communication from Katherina was great. Check in with Fabrivio was seamless, yet informative. Joy at the desk was very helpful too. The hotel is in an alley between two busy streets, though this added to the charm of being so near the activities. It’s an old building, in a very old city. Better than expected. "We had a great stay here. Both Roberto and Alice were very responsive and very helpful before and during our stay. The location is great, making it easy to walk to all major attractions, while also being close to several taxi stands and public transit. The only thing I would mention is that this is in a residential building, so if you’re planning to be up/out late, keep that in mind. We had a great stay here, and highly recommend it to others visiting Rome!"
