"The staff was exemplar! We needed a taxi at 4:00AM in the morning, and the front desk guy patiently helped us, he called around and did his best to see if he could arrange one. We got to our bus terminal on time becuz of him. All in all, a bang for your buck, and hospitable. "

"Excellent stay at the hotel for my Wife & I. As in photos, felt safe in the Prati area. All information was sent via WhatsApp for code access and pre-registration and paying taxes prior to stay. Lovely bed, room and bathroom. Shower was very nice and smart. I would recommend a stay here. About a 10 minute walk to the closest Metro (Lepanto). Plenty of dining options around, I recommend using The Fork app to look for deals around. I hope to return again some day."

"Everything about this property was fantastic. The location was right in the middle of it all. Yet the hotel was peaceful. I found the rooms a smidgent dated. But super clean. The bell staff were superb and very hard working to go above and beyond. I would stay here again."

"Hotel was great! I did get the bigger room which was nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is only like 7 rooms to this hotel. So it’s more like staying in an apartment than a hotel. Very central location. Patheon was about 7 min walk. Area is very clean and safe. Would stay again"

"This is an inexpensive hotel. It is a two star hotel. No breakfast. Needed to Call the property to open the door to register. Front desk is not always staffed. Once you register, you can access your room through a back door and stairway."

"This is a unique property right on the Spanish Steps. Our room was the Suite which had its own balcony looking over the steps about halfway up. Staff were very helpful and courteous. The only negative was the lack of an onsite restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast was available at a slight discount directly across the Piazza di Spagna from the hotel, though this was mediocre"

InterContinental Rome Ambasciatori Palace, an IHG Hotel

"The staff at the IHG Ambasciatori is impressive from our first correspondence regarding our booking to the final moment on our last day when our car service delivered us from the hotel to Civitavecchia. The Concierge team is second to none. They assisted us in curating an itinerary of private exclusive tours of Rome and surrounding areas and coordinated dinner reservations at the best restaurants that provided us with the authentic experience, far from the “touristic spots”. The Concierge also coordinated car service pickup from the airport as well as car service to Civitavecchia. We also had a tour of Tivoli arranged by the Concierge with the car service team. The daily breakfast is wonderful. The selection of hot and cold dishes are all delicious. More than that, the staff are attentive and are all friendly. Our experience at this hotel has made us decide to come back after the Jubileo. The property is impeccable, beautiful and simply the best."

"The staff at the hotel are great - super friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a king suite, which was large and comfortable. An extra perk was the sauna. We would definitely stay there again. The only downside was that the beds were very low to the floor, which made sitting and getting up/down a little challenging for us."
