"This was more of an apartment arrangement versus an actual hotel. You had to get into the building with a code we didn’t have (thankfully someone let us in) and access the registration desk on the mezzanine level. The room they reserved for us was on the fourth floor without elevator access. Thankfully there was another room available on the mezzanine level. It was very spacious and clean. The location is great for walking around the Duomo. "

However, there was a sewer-like smell that occasionally seeped into the room, prompting me to keep the windows open. This would be problematic during the hot summer or cold winter days. Additionally, after my first night, I only had access to one clean towel daily. Overall, I liked this place and would consider staying again if I could be assured of more towels and a room without any...
