"The apartment is easy to find from the main Praterstern train station. Inside, it is well lit and warm (centralised heating) although sometimes I felt it is too warm. All cooking utensils are available and generally the rooms are of good size and furnishing. Shower is great too. 5 stars experience. The only slight difficulty was the check in process where you need WiFi to get your entry code and your check in code. It would be good if communication is more in English than Austrian/German. "My room was excellent, and quality of furniture, linen etc. very good. In a good location with quick access to Prater Stern station and the airport. The area is good for walking and the proximity of the Prater I liked. A nice walk to Vienna central and the museums, opera, old buildings etc. was handy. The bar was a handy place for an evening drink. The breakfast was plentiful and good quality. This was my third stay at the hotel."

"The location is great as it is within walking distance to everything you need to do around the city centre. The spot is very clean although the keys didnt work upon checking in the property. We had to call for a code to enter the apartment. The place is clean, nothing too fancy or large. Just sufficient for a two day stay I felt. The instructions were great along the way. "

"The staff were great, and the rooms were very comfortable and well set out with plenty of space and a useful small kitchen. There is a god gym and laundry (if you're only doing a single wash - talk to the staff as the Miele app takes a minimum 20 Euro top-up, and a wash is less that 5 Euro). The rooms were in good condition and cleaned twice a week, however, I found silverfish (Lepisma saccharina) running across the floor on 2 occasions - which I marked the review score down for"
