"Property has a great Tuscan feel for it and the decor is as the pictures. More remote than I imagined and local taxi service hard to book and when you are lucky, very expensive (40 euros for a 5-minute journey). Sadly, property not clean. Accept external areas are subject to the weather and environment but didn’t look like the place had been touched for some time. We were also joined by a friendly mouse in the swimming pool! The local rep service very good and my communications with the property...
