"Excellent location in the old town area. Close to shops, restaurants, lake and Christmas Market. Loft was clean and had an equipped kitchen with everything we required. Having a washing machine was a great bonus, Outdoor terrace is very private and would have been great to use if the weather was a bit warmer. Check in was easy and host replied to messages quickly. Would stay again if back in Annecy. "

Our biggest frustration was with Gael the owner. €190 worth of extra costs, were not detailed until after our booking, and the host threatened to cancel if we didn't pay them. "Ron and Eileen were there to meet us on arrival, the welcome bottle of wine was a lovely gesture. From the very start of our stay our hosts were very attentive, from offering to go the pharmacy (I was poorly first couple of days) to giving us great advice on where to go and what beaches to visit. Everything required was available in the studio and the view was absolutely outstanding across Lac Leman. Many many thanks for letting us stay with you."

It has good proximity to Uzes: within a 15 minute walk you are in the centre square (Place aux Herbes) and we enjoyed some lovely meals out or cooked at the property (an outside private terrace is perfect for eating each night) and then wandered in to Uzes after dinner for icecreams and a drink.
