"Waking up every morning to gorgeous views of the sun rising over the Mediterranean...wonderful! We loved the location -- super close to trams and buses but far enough away from the heart of the touristy areas. Very clean and modern, we would stay here again if we came back. Minor things to mention: -No clothes dryer -Main bathroom is great but toilet is in separate tiny room -Would have liked more towels -Low supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, etc.) -Worst...

"My teenage daughter and I spent 4 days in Nice and the apartment was absolutely perfect for us. The location is great - a couple of minutes walk to the beach/promenade, there are cafes, restaurants and shops in easy reach, and walking to the old town/main shopping streets takes 10 minutes.There was everything we needed in the apartment, which was clean and comfortable. "What a great location and a nice apartment WITH an elevator! Quite spacious with a very large balcony that overlooks the garden below. The bedroom is a little tight so one person has to squeeze past the bottom of the bed but it’s not a big deal.You will find yourself just steps from Cour Mirabeau, the main promenade in town and the delightful, charming winding streets of the old city.
