"Une odeur prégnante de moisi et de renfermé (surtout dans le meuble contenant la vaisselle qui oblige à systématiquement la laver avant utilisation), le canapé type BZ est inconfortable, s'asseoir dessus est une épreuve ! Et les tapis au sol sont usagés et ne renvoient pas un ressenti de propreté. Dommage !! La petite cour est sympa mais un mini parasol ne suffit pas pour pouvoir y déjeuner. Dommage car ce logement est vraiment bien situé."

Hôte très serviable et indications claires et précises données par téléphone pour accéder à l'appartement. Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés."

"This is a lovely apartment, spacious, well-eqipped and spotlessly clean, and with good outside space. It has very easy access on foot or by car to shops, restaurants and the sea. Great location for exploring the G34 Brittany Coast Path. Marie Pierre was extremely helpful and welcoming, both before our arrival and during our stay. We would be very happy to stay there again."

"Had a very comfortable 2 week stay.This apartment has everything you could need and is very spacious. 5 minutes walk to bars and shops and within half an hour there are many beautiful beaches which were all pretty much deserted. Really useful to have the basement parking as general parking in Concarneau looked a bit of a nightmare. Lovely sea view but the balcony and its furniture needs a little tlc. Only other issues were extraction not working in either the loo or shower rooms (unless we...

"Clean and quiet apartment. The one we had was small and basic, sleeping on a reasonable quality pull out settee. Location is a green oasis in a business park. Loads of beaches, restaurants and supermarkets within an easy drive. Lift in apartment bock, 4 floors, good sound proofing. Pool can get a bit busy. Good value, basic accommodation."

"This is an excellent place to stay. Walking distance to the city Marina area where there are shops and restaurants in abundance. The only demerit was finding out we needed to give $500 for a damage deposit. This was not mentioned on the Vrbo listing. Otherwise, this was superb."
