Nice big room. Great location. We arrived with skis and ski boots (lots of luggage). It’s quite difficult to manage the entrance and elevator with all that gear. And they have no carts.

I really enjoyed the room and the location. I also appreciated having the bar upstairs. I didn’t understand why the hallways are so dark. Literally painted black. It was probably extremely safe, but the darkness made it feel unsafe.

Lovely hotel, staff were amazing. Although check-in was at 3pm we were given a room on arrival around midday. Clean and modern throughout, bar was great with a wide-range of cocktails and drinks. Fantastic area for shops, bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.

A modern hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. The offer of a free drink in place of room cleaning was a nice touch. The large bar on the top floor made excellent cocktails and had a small but delicious bar snacks menu.

The staff was very friendly. There is no coffee available either in the rooms or in the lobby unless you pay for breakfast.the breakfast is good but very expensive - as is everything in Geneva. The hotel is clean but very very dark. Entire floors are painted black - the walls and ceilings etc., so you can’t really tell if things are clean. Also, our room faced an interior courtyard which made the entire experience feel very claustrophobic. The best part of the hotel is the reception area which is on floor 7 and has rooftop views over the town. No view of the lake or of mountains.

The hotel was clean modern & had a fantastic vibe! Breakfast was healthy & plentiful. Barista coffee was a great touch. Galleys were very convenient. Looking forward to trying a Ruby in a different location.
