"Look, this isn't a 5 star hotel. If you want high-end, top everything, go to the Four Seasons. There are very minor aesthetic things I could nit pick, but they pale in comparison to the incredible staff, the location, and the general upkeep of the hotel. The rooftop pool (although pretty shallow) is always kept in good condition, full gym, massage, and bar on the roof patio are all clutch for the times you don't want to explore the city. The area is rife with incredible restaurants, sites, parks, and shopping. Would stay here again if I find myself in CDMX."

"This hotel was absolutely amazing in terms of location and staff. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the food/drink items in the 24 hr cafe were included in the price of the hotel. The only items we had to pay for were wine and alcohol (other than beer, that was included). They had a good selection in the cafe and the staff there were so friendly and food/drinks were served promptly. The breakfast was a good selection of traditional American and Mexican dishes. The view overlooking the Zocalo was amazing, especially when the center was filled with people. And a special shout-out to Daniel, our doorman. He was the absolute best, so sweet and had the best smile! He was there to help us check in and check out and made sure that we were picked up promptly with our driver. Raul was also very helpful during pickup from the hotel to the airport. Overall, we would definitely stay again at this hotel because of the amenities, location and the staff. "
