"We have stayed at this hotel many times. This stay the special little things about the hotel are gone. The loby no longer has cookies, hot chocolate, tea for guests. Breakfast no longer has pancakes. In room never received regular coffee for pot in room No shampoo, conditioner or soap in room (had to buy soap.) Rooms cleaned in late afternoon. Staff all seemed mmuserable. The good thing is they still don't have bugs. ,"
