"Beautiful property located in the mountains. You don’t need an SUV to get to the location but there are a few steep paved roads you have to pass through to get to the property. The view is amazing and you can see so many stars at night. The only noise you will hear are nature sounds from the different animals in the area. The area is peaceful, quiet, and safe. If you’re going to be working remotely from the property the Wi-Fi is not extremely reliable, I had to depend on my hotspot. There are a...

"This is an incredible property! Soaring ceilings on both levels. Rooftop patio. Right in the middle of old San Juan. Walkable to everything. Easy direct communication via text. Very cool place to stay!"

"Our family of 9 with children 4, 7, and 9 stayed here in February. House is lovely, spacious, tastefully decorated. It has comfortable beds, and a very well stocked kitchen. The pool is large enough for our group, and there are lots of pool toys as well as beach toys for the kids. The location is great, and completely safe with gated entry to community. The most outstanding feature of the rental is the hosts, Daniel and Kiki. Daniel literally answered all calls, texts within minutes."

"The house was everything me and my 8 friends had hoped for. The beach was so close and the location made it super easy to walk around, as well as drive to just about anywhere in San Juan for fun/dinner. Plus our resident loud snorer was able to take the upstairs bedroom, giving us all a nice sleep downstairs. Would certainly recommend"

"It was a nice little place, good area that was near San Juan and had a lot of convenient attractions around. Its a good place if you want to go out and explore the city. Had some issues with the tv/internet but the owner was helpful in resolving issues and responded quickly. "

One thing that wasn’t On the listing is that they have a big trailer on the property on the right side of the home so we really didn’t have yard space and it appeared that someone was either living in the trailer or spending lots of time there. Other than that the property matched the listing. We did enjoy our stay and appreciated the flexibility of the host. "

"From a space perspective the house was great. Beach toys, balls, and wagon were also an added bonus. The house could use a deep cleaning in areas such as cabinets and windows. Also, one of the bedrooms has a chemical smell.Communication with Zesar was very responsive.The house provided four thin towels per bed. They did not give hand towels for bathrooms or kitchens. We were a large group with lots of kids. It felt like we had to wash towels constantly because the towels were used to clean...
