Lavinia and Elisabetta were wonderful, patient and full of great suggestions and ideas. The breakfast is very nice: omelettes, sausages, ham, pastries, fresh fruit and juices. "Liked the location and the staff were helpful. The hotel has modern features but the finer touches of cleanliness in bathrooms especially shower area and interesting smells near the lift bring its quality down a little. The breakfast is terrific and included in the price so was very welcomed. No free water would be a recommendation along with not having to book your gym session in the fitness center which restricts your flexibility while on holiday. "Great location 10 minutes walk to the Vatican and 25 minutes to the forum. Peaceful location. I’m sure it’s great in summer. Room was OK but bathroom set up is strange - shower almost in the bath. Could do with some updating of the rooms - not quite up to modern standards. All felt a bit not quite there. Staff were excellent and helpful and friendly. Good breakfast buffet. I’d go back. "
