the property had sort of an old classic flare in terms of the room I do think there may have been a previous issue with water leakage in the bathroom area entry way. The flooring seemed to be a little off. we had a great stay and the breakfast was great.

10/10. Would absolutely come back. After staying at 1 terrible hotel then 1 okay hotel in Rome, this hotel blew me away. Tons of space, large bed and large bathroom.

Great location!
My family started our 3 city vacay in Rome, and this was the best hotel of the three we stayed in. Great service, very clean, and the suites were outstanding (pleasantly surprised they each had 2 bathrooms)! We really enjoyed the quiet of the Prati neighborhood. Especially after dealing with the crowds all day at the landmarks. Prato also has some great dining options in walking distance.
