Very clean well kept apartment hotel. Staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Pilar went above and beyond to help with trip details. Great location near Vatican and Castel Sant Angelo. Half hour walk to many other sites. Several restaurants/ sidewalk cafes within close walking distance. Hotel has substantial continental breakfast on top floor. Also evening drinks and tapas. I recommend this place.

The location is excellent. Walkable to many major tourist spots. The facility was very nice. The employees at the front desk were very helpful although the woman who is the office manager was very busy and never lifted her head to acknowledge you. I felt that I was interrupting her and being a nuisance for an occasional easy question. There is no advice as to tours and no “tour desk” or concierge. Unfortunate that the roof top is not open for sitting and enjoying the view - only breakfast and then a happy hour for purchase. No view from the room, it was facing other buildings - pictures on the website are misleading.

Absolutely great staff, nice and helpful. Place is cute and clean. We walked everywhere. Between 15-40 minutes walk are most of the attractions. Metro is 15 minutes walk. 5 minutes to vatican museum. Loved our stay.
