Arrived at the airport where I was supposed to have a shuttle pickup, after trying to call the hotel multiple times since the shuttle wasn't at the airport and then texting the contact number that I was Ubering to the hotel since there was no shuttle and I can't get a hold of anyone, I was texted back that they had a "major issue at their site and were forced to close for a few days, there is no one at the location so do not go...

"Very nice, host very helpful when one of us got injured. Very friendly as well. Had canteloup for us on the table when we arrived. Large house where everyone, we were six, had his space. Space as well to get the bikes inside and work on them. Thx. Will go back if I’m ever in Vancouver again."

"This property was ideal for our family to have a quiet celebration of the festive season. Very comfortable and modern and with every convenience supplied. The location was within walking distance of grocery stores and the SkyTrain station. Did not have to resort to using our car and made use of ride share and food deliveries services."

"The suite was clean and updated. Perfect for a small group to stay. The only thing was hard with suitcases was the gravel walkway and the sets of stairs getting into the suite. They may want to pave the gravel walkway."
