"We were 3 couples. We were in the area to attend the Rose Parade. This was a very nice place to stay. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath. It was very quiet in the neighborhood. We enjoyed the hot tub everyday. We also cooked our meals and the kitchen worked very well for us. We would definitely stay here again. "

"This is an average property. Def not luxury. Rough scratch towels and only a few of them. Furnishings were modest. Home needed painting, cupboards and amenities just average. The pool photo’s made it look like luxury. The check in process was not smooth. We were sent two messages about a hidden key, instead there was a lock box. After reaching out we were informed of lockbox and code. Keys were old, locks needed graphite. Very uncomfortable for a woman alone btw. Still, the place...
