"The location couldn’t be better! On the beach and 2 short blocks to town. Nice balcony and pool. There are only 9 units so not crowded. I’d recommend felt pads on the penthouse furniture as we were below it and people were always moving furniture in it. It was loud. Some nights very loud music from bar at Don Pedros. We loved the room and location and would be pleased to come back. "

"This was the cutest little condo, right in town. The plus sides were the kitchenette, two beds, two baths, balcony, convenient location to the beach, the town square and so many restaurants, cafes and shops. Unfortunately, the location also meant that it was ridiculously loud until about 1-2am every night. Even closing all windows and using ear plugs couldn’t drown out the noise. So, unless you enjoy trying to sleep in the middle of a really loud party, I’d suggest finding a location further...

"We had a great week! The unit is beautiful, was clean and very well stocked! The beds were comfortable and the tv was great as well. Our only issue was with poor communication from the host. I don’t know if this is typical but we were quite frustrated at times because we waited very long for responses to our questions. Our check in was very slow because our information hadn’t been given to the concierge. If this were improved I would have only good things to say and would highly recommend."

Watching the whales from the balcony has always given us joy. It is an easy UBER ride into the city. It would be hard to go to Puerto Vallarta and not stay here."

"My two grown children, their partners, and one child stayed 10 days. Very nicely appointed kitchen, large bedrooms, and beautiful decks. Easy walking to most places we wanted to go. "We chose it because of comfy looking furniture and that it’s in our favorite area. Apartment was very nice and comfortable like we thought. Lilly was amazing. She kept everything running great and took great care of us. I probably would choose a tower further away from club music. They do stop music by 9:30 so wasn’t too bad.
