"This place is so beautiful! All the rainforest jungle landscaping is phenomenal. The location is perfect in the middle of all activities and the view of the volcano is the best. We had both a sunny day, cloudy and rainy day and all were great there. The hot springs are well shaded from sun and rain. "Wonderful place, up close to volcano, beautiful grounds, flowers and birds everywhere. Pictures don't do it justice. Staff all extremely helpful, we had a flat tire the last day of our trip and had a flight to catch - one staff member took us to an air pump on site, but then we discovered the nail in the tire, so another staff member helped us put on the spare and we managed to make our flight! So very grateful! Food delicious at the restaurant as well. Hope to come back here some day."

"We really liked the small B&B room we reserved. Space for 4 people, very clean and nice inside. It is located wirhin walking diatance to the downtown Monteverde area. It was actually a bit cool at night and so we started a small fire in the heater and it was great."

"Pros: the hotel grounds are nice, staff were very helpful/friendly, the pool area is great, and the breakfast was excellent. It's in a great location close to La Fortuna waterfall and walking distance to the El Salto rope swing and a few restaurants. We had a car though, and I would recommend having one if staying here for better access to La Fortuna. Cons: the wifi doesn't work in the rooms - only in the pool area, restaurant, and lobby. The bed (specifically the pillows) were not...
