"I was in Thousand Oaks to visit my Aunt and this little gem was very close to her home. The space was so comfy and clean. I loved that there was a tea kettle, filtered water, coffee and snacks available. The bed was just right, I slept great. Thank you Klaus and Katlen for a wonderful stay, the chocolates were a lovely touch and much appreciated! "

"My husband and I came to visit family near by and this place was the perfect location! Very cute place, it was nice and clean. We felt very comfortable staying here. We also saw the Illama and alpaca farm in the back of the house. So cute and the animals were so friendly. My only suggestion would be to add more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on but otherwise we had a very nice stay. Thank you so much! "

"Place was very comfortable and loved that it did have 2 bathrooms. Host was very responsive and check in/out process was easy. Only complaint was the downstairs neighbor played his music untial 2am."

"I think this is the most awesome place to stay. Much better than a motel. I had my dog with me they even provided a treat for her. They have a nice little kitchen . Provides coffee,snacks and cold drinks. Very nice and comfortable. The host make sure if you need anything they will help you.Very nice stay ."

"The place was just as pictured, cozy and basic and very clean. It is not luxury but neither is the cost soooo….i had to consistently park the car down the street (dropped my disabled husband off in driveway) but i felt safe walking, it was well lit. Questions that i had were answered quickly. The house was conveniently located for who we were visiting and getting on freeways."

"To make a long stories in short, it is extraordinary experience at the peak of rocky Chatsworth peak, viewing all the valley area from the peak of the mountain. Super clean property crispy clean air and sunshine and no mosquito and harmful bugs even at night with lighting. Contact the host and try to book 'C' studio. It was unforgettable memory of enjoying exclusive and hidden privileged beauty and nature of California."

"The unit was exactly as described. Super clean and had almost everything you could want. (My two suggestions would be to add a toaster oven and a reading light in the bedroom.) There's a 24 hour laundry a block away which is convenient, and a Target a short walk from the property too. There's tons of street parking if you have a car. Only complaint was the insane amount of barking dogs the first night I was there. But otherwise would definitely recommend this place and will try to stay here...
