"The apartment had everything you could need and was in a great location. The sound proofed windows were wonderful and allowed us the quiet we needed! So much space if you need it! The only critique I have is that the washer/dryer is not great, didn’t wash the clothes thoroughly and the dryer took 3 cycles to dry the small load I did. "

"The apartment was just as the pictures show. Very clean. AC and heat worked very well. Great great location. Easy to shop. The ONLY negative part is that it is very noisy. The apartment shares a wall with hair salon so it was noisy. They also had a dog that barked a lot. But overall fantastic. barked "

"We thoroughly enjoyed this property— the owner was fantastic- helped us with train and airport shuttles and shared lots of pointers for getting to the metro, great restaurants and showing us the apartment. The apartment was very well stocked and clean and was plenty big for our family of five. I would definitely recommend!"

"-Only after we got on site with our luggage did we find out that we had to go somewhere else to pick up the keys. -There was one glass for drinks and giant beer mugs for drinks. - 2 half rolls of toilet paper fora 3 day stay with 3 people. "Lovely apartment in the heart of Madrid, close to a lot of attractions. Lots of great restaurants nearby. A grocery store across the street and one bigger a few blocks away. Ok but the approach to the apartment - 😱😱😱 A previous customer had mentioned it but it’s nothing compared to facing the reality. It was so bad when we got there. Basically it’s an statement in a narrow street full of apartments on either side. And they are tearing down the interior of the apartment across or something...

"We had a great time at this property - arrived in Madrid in the morning and then checked in as soon as the property was available in the afternoon. Very nice apartment with a lift to get the luggage up to it. Comfortably slept the 7 of us. Well decorated clean and in good working order. Neighborhood was safe with lots of restaurants and a grocery store in easy walking distance. We would love to stay again our next trip!"
