"I thought this was a hotel and was surprised I had to go to a separate location to check in. Both locations had old, grimy entrances, hallways and elevators. However, the room itself was super clean, modern and inviting. The location for shopping was excellent and the nearby restaurants were great. "

"Perfect location, everything is within walking distance. It has the wrong location on Google and I spent almost an hour with the Uber driver going up and down the street. The entrance door is not well-lit and not unique. It’s fine once you get inside. There is no number to call for customer service either so they really need to change that! "

"Lovely staff, and great location, however my room was inward facing with limited natural light, The room had extremely thin walls and I could hear EVERYTHING from the neighboring room - which was extremely unpleasant. My room had its own shower and sink, but I had to use a toilet outside the room. Bathrooms always kept clean, and fresh towels provided each day. Would be good if there was air con and access to a microwave/kettle"
