"Beautiful apartment continently located by the metro and bus stops. Only issues was with the check-in and the noise. Beware that they will not call you if you have issues and just want to text back and forth which takes up too much time in an urgent matter. You also have to pick up the key 5 mins away. The walls are paper thin but aside that everything else way thoughtful and perfect. They should provide earplugs as you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing and saying."

"The apartment is great. Having 2 bathrooms for our family of 4 is wonderful. Many grocery stores, restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as metro station. About 30 min with 1 transfer to the center of Madrid. Communicating with property managers was a bit of a challenge in English. But no big issues."

"We thoroughly enjoyed this property— the owner was fantastic- helped us with train and airport shuttles and shared lots of pointers for getting to the metro, great restaurants and showing us the apartment. The apartment was very well stocked and clean and was plenty big for our family of five. I would definitely recommend!"

"This house was a classic bait and switch. The home shown in the photos was not this property. All of the photos of the inside, outside, and features, were not of this property. The listing showed decks and a beautiful dining area. See the pictures of what was advertised and what we got. No wifi as advertised, fridge did not work, no coffee pot, broken floor tiles, twin beds with headboard not attached and television did not work. Listings like this are the reason why vacation rental sites...

"The room itself was nice but there’s not much shops and cafes or food places around. One thing I was having trouble with is reaching out to the host - they were very slow at responding and didn’t provide us with any information and instructions about the place at all which was frustrating. The place is tiny and cute but if you have kids, the bunk begs are pretty high so be careful about that! Overall it was cute for a quick 1-2 night stay"
