"The apartment had everything you could need and was in a great location. The sound proofed windows were wonderful and allowed us the quiet we needed! So much space if you need it! The only critique I have is that the washer/dryer is not great, didn’t wash the clothes thoroughly and the dryer took 3 cycles to dry the small load I did. "

"Fast communication, good location and within walking distance to many areas of the town center of Madrid, great water pressure in shower, only thing that 2 of our group didn’t like was the very hard pillows. 1 person in our group slept well with the hard pillows. Thats the only complaint but some people might prefer that type of pillow. Nice neighborhood/area. I encourage anyone staying here to eat at El Raton De Getaria. "The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful, accommodating our early arrival and scheduling a large taxi to transport five people and lots of luggage to the airport. Breakfast was great and included pastries, proteins, and fresh fruit. The location worked out well for us, as it was walkable to many tourist sites as well as nearby local restaurants. Rooms were simple but clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!"
