"I was not allowed early check in because the previous guest were “still there”. However, I believe it was because the person who delivers the keys doesn’t arrive until check in time. However, I won’t ding them for that as the check in time is the check in time and that’s what I agreed to. The apartment itself was excellent. Super location

"A lovely, calm, clean hotel in the Chueca area and close to Gran Via. Easy to reach via the Tribunal metro stop. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My room was very spacious with an outlook onto the streets. I loved it. Easy walk to the art museums and historic centre"
