"My stay at Comfort Inn was great until checkout. I was told that I had to pay $9.97 unpaid tax because I booked through Expedia. One day after check-out, and returning both card keys, I received a bill from Comfort Inn for $157.97 for an additional day's stay. I was furious. When I called Comfort Inn I was told I stayed an extra day. I told them that I had returned both keys. They said there was no manager on duty and couldn't do anything about it. They texted the manager and told me I would be contacted the following Monday. I told them that I'd be flying back to New York state and might not be available. One day later the additional charge was removed. The issue was resolved satisfactorily, but nevertheless was unnerving. "

Front desk staff is not helpful at all and after 5pm has no authority to help customers with accommodation requests or issues… prices are extremely high for the poor service provided by the staff "
