"I did not liked restaurant STOKE and RYE. Poor breakfast choices on menu and poor buffet. A brunch for $85 p/p is ridiculous. Hotel inside is like a dog contest every where. I can not imagine rooms conditions in few years with dogs sleeping on beds and carpets. "

"The hotel staff was very friendly. They went above and beyond to make the family comfortable. We had requested a connected room and were told we were going to get a connected room, but I think there was a misunderstanding, and the front desk was very friendly about not being able to Give this to us and delivered champagne which we were not gonna use but also give us $100 credit and food and beverage. Our rooms were right next to each other, though. Aside from that the hotel stay was wonderful."

"My family stayed here before the Christmas weekend and had a good time. We only experienced one hiccup at check-in where once we got to our room the key would not work. Took about 30 minutes to resolve but once situated, everything was fine. We are a family of 3 and booked a suite (Jack Scott) that met our needs. Very spacious and comfortable for everyone. There wasn’t a lot of details online about layout but it’s 1 king bed in a separate bedroom, the living area hosts a queen sleeper sofa...

"Great place! Lobby is charming! Our room so clean and comfortable!! Comfy King bed. Personnel in front desk help us by phone to arrive without issues and wait for us outside waving her hands to show the correct path. Friendly people! Hotel in the middle of town! Few steps from gondola 1. Awesome! Food and servers on the restaurant soooo good! "
