"Lovely condo with a view to the woods. Spacious for 4 adults. Beds were super comfy and the floor plan was great, with the living area separating the 2 bedrooms. We took advantage of the in-unit washer and dryer. It was a hot weekend so we were very thankful for the A/C. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the condition of the shower door, which really needs replacing and some caulking. Overall we really liked the location which made for a quieter stay. We’ll go back...

"We arrived with no luggage (American airlines didn't put it on our flight to Vail airport). The staff @ Osprey lent us gloves and employee winter coats! We stayed here last January too. So convenient and cozy.❤️"

"It was a excellent stay. The property management office is a great team. Their follow up calls and e-mails made sure my first trip to Colorado was safe and a success. The Avon is a great stay everything is soooo convenient and in walking distance. The villa is well kept and spacious with wonderful views. Check out should be later!! All in all 5 stars!!
