"Interesting layout. To get to my room I actually had to exit the lobby area, go back outside, jump in my car and drive it around the block. Then there was a very short walk to the outer door which needed a key card, and my room was another short walk from that actual door. The room was much bigger than I expected, the bathroom was clean, the curtains were good at blocking the light, and the bed was very comfortable. Thumbs up!"

"In Champagne/Urbana for my son’s surgery at Carle Hospital. Last minute booking at Midwestern University Inn. I would definitely return, very clean, very courteous staff and the continental breakfast was very good. The mattress was so comfortable, I slept so good. Only complaint is the bathroom door doesn’t open all the way because it hits the toilet. Ha! "

"Super sketchy!! The location was exactly what I needed because I come to Urbana to see my daughter who lives a block from there and spend nearly no time at the hotel (thank goodness!) Dirty, smelly room overall. Leaky shower faucets with a tub that didn’t drain well. Completely unsafe stairway they roped off with crime scene tape on my second day. Thankfully I didn’t discover the cockroaches until the morning I was leaving."
