"The clerk was very nice they gave our children two stuffed bulls when we checked in. That made their day . The room was nice but needed some more cleaning also the conditioner was out but other than that we enjoyed our stay. The parking was right behind the hotel and an easy walk to the lobby entrance which was what we were looking for ! "

"Negotiating the parking lot and accessing the parking garage were difficult and time consuming. Directions from the staff at the porte-cochère and in the parking area were vague and not helpful. Most importantly: The highly inventive "Destination Fee" is nothing but a gouge. We were told that if we ordered room service the $25 fee would be deducted from the bill. IT WAS NOT. We paid the $25 fee plus our credit card was billed an additional $100! For what? Our order was 4 cups of coffee and 2...

"Great property but hindered by the ongoing construction "

"Loved the clean room and that it had a full kitchen. We had the suite with the private bedroom. Our adult kids had the pull out couch bed but bring extra cushions or blankets because it was not very comfortable. Loved the two tv's so we both had our privacy. Parking was under us and free! It is a VERY busy area but safe gated place! Shopping is near but we didn't stay for that. We had door dash the night we arrived and their were many choices. This was well worth the money! Will stay here...
