"We were in downtown Buffalo for an event and we chose this hotel because it was within walking distance to the event. The hotel was beautiful and our room was lovely. We didn't hear traffics noise or sounds from inside the hotel. The bed was so comfortable and I had wished we were staying another night just so I could sleep in it one more time. Our only complaints were that our fireplace didn't work and the bathroom door was a barn door setup but there was a large gap when it was closed. I was...

"Friendly staff. Checked in and the a/c wasnt working. Cakked the front desk and informed them. Went to dinner and came back and it was fixed! Great response!"

"Nice friendly staff it seems like they're short staffed with housekeeping. There was a lot of plates and trash left out on the hallway in front of the rooms. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable. "
