"Unique property nested a short distance from beautiful walking trails and within a ten minutes drive to the university and downtown Binghamton. Excellent staff, interesting historical property used by IBM. Only complaint was room TV barely larger than a phone book."

"Nice cottage and view. Friendly staffs. No breakfast nor tea, coffee pods. No hair dryer. No kids books. no cart path lights for night driving. No dish sponges, soap or pods. Found mouse inside our room. "

"There was no working tv no wifi. Did not have hot water. Drain leaked. Sheets has hairs on them. There wasn’t a mini refrigerator or microwave for late night after concert to have . The Stewarts closed early. "

"We loved it all… and, especially the staff… everyone was cheerful and smiling… engaging… pleasant… always with a dash of appropriate humour… very helpful… and, incredibly attentive, intuitively so! The room was well appointed and clean. Loved walking around the campus! Enjoyed a fabulous football game! Dinner and brunch, was exceptional! We can’t wait for any or no reason to return! "
