"Everything was fine except the check in. An incorrect code was given at first (numbers were transposed). Our guests spent a long time trying to enter the property. Eventually when the correct code was sent the guests gained access to the property."

"We stayed for two nights in the ranch. The house is very clean and well equipped. The temperature out side was single digit and the house stayed toasty. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The furniture is all comfy with nice linen. We have family in the area. This will be our go-to when visiting the area."

"Wasn't sure about the neighborhood at first but we had zero issues. House is a bit dated and the front bedroom smelled of smoke. When we arrived there were no towels or washcloths and the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Messaged the property owner and everything was taken care of within an hour!! EXCELLENT customer service! Overall not a bad experience and it was very convenient to my activity."

"This house was beautiful and comfy inside. It was pretty well-equipped for our needs. The beds were comfortable and house was cozy. It is off a very busy highway, so if traffic noise bothers you this may not be ideal. Also, just be aware that it has well water so there is an odor to the house from that."

"Great place to stay when attending events at IWU campus! I stayed a couple of nights here when I needed to be in Marion for graduation-related faculty & staff events. It's ideal for that. Very conveniently located close to campus, but right off one of the main drives to get to anywhere else in town, too.It may not look like much from the exterior pics (and admittedly it's a smaller unit), but it's well equipped, warm & homey, clean, and well cared for. "The property was just as described. It was very clean and smelled great as soon as we walked in! There were extra amenities and the bed & pillows were so comfortable. The only negative was the road noise, but that is nothing the host can change or a white noise machine wouldn't cover. I would highly recommend this property!"
