"We decided to host our daughter's sweet 16 birthday party here and it was the perfect setting and the perfect party to celebrate such an amazing young woman. She and her friends all loved it there and they had everything we had forgot to bring. I have 2 more daughters that will be turning 16 one day so this may become a tradition. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Highly recommended."

"First of all, I was sceptical about pricing and the host. Renting from an unknown host be difficult. BUT after living in Kokomo for 47yrs and moving to Florida 8yrs ago things can change. Well...It didn't The House The Host were Perfect! I felt like I was Home again.After Reading the Reviews of this House I found out that some people You can NEVER please...Take out ALL of the Negative feedback and You have a GREAT Place to stay when you're in or around Kokomo,IN.We'll DEFINITELY be staying there...

"Came to Muncie to play a roller derby double header with my teamates from Chicago-Style Roller Derby. The house was perfect for 7 adults. Could orobably fit more comfortably, but we thought it was the perfect space for 7. Would definitely stay here again."

"One of the reasywe book houses vs hotels is to save money by .making some of our meals. Usually I have to be sure to bring all my cooking utensils and such not just condiments and spices We forgot somethings, measuring spoons and cups. Figures wed have to buy.Was pleasantly surprised to find not only those put other kitchen gadgets as well.And the house was neat and clean. Just the perfect size for 2 couples."

"We used this house as a place to stay for a return visit to my home town and a visit with my family for the Christmas holidays.We found this house to be a perfect solution to go to after a day of visiting with my family.It was well appointed with big screen tv's, new appliances including a full kitchen, washer/dryer and comfortable beds.A large sitting area was a nice meeting spot to wind-down after a busy day.The bottom line is that this location and house was exactly what we were looking for...

"There is nothing to say but positive things about this VRBO.Beds were very comfortable. House is very spacious and clean. Great spacious kitchen amazing gas stove. The location was very quiet and perfect for this IWU softball parent. Just great!!"

"Everything was fine except the check in. An incorrect code was given at first (numbers were transposed). Our guests spent a long time trying to enter the property. Eventually when the correct code was sent the guests gained access to the property."

"We stayed for two nights in the ranch. The house is very clean and well equipped. The temperature out side was single digit and the house stayed toasty. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The furniture is all comfy with nice linen. We have family in the area. This will be our go-to when visiting the area."

"Wasn't sure about the neighborhood at first but we had zero issues. House is a bit dated and the front bedroom smelled of smoke. When we arrived there were no towels or washcloths and the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Messaged the property owner and everything was taken care of within an hour!! EXCELLENT customer service! Overall not a bad experience and it was very convenient to my activity."
