"We used this house as a place to stay for a return visit to my home town and a visit with my family for the Christmas holidays.We found this house to be a perfect solution to go to after a day of visiting with my family.It was well appointed with big screen tv's, new appliances including a full kitchen, washer/dryer and comfortable beds.A large sitting area was a nice meeting spot to wind-down after a busy day.The bottom line is that this location and house was exactly what we were looking for...

"Wasn't sure about the neighborhood at first but we had zero issues. House is a bit dated and the front bedroom smelled of smoke. When we arrived there were no towels or washcloths and the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Messaged the property owner and everything was taken care of within an hour!! EXCELLENT customer service! Overall not a bad experience and it was very convenient to my activity."

"We stayed for two nights in the ranch. The house is very clean and well equipped. The temperature out side was single digit and the house stayed toasty. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The furniture is all comfy with nice linen. We have family in the area. This will be our go-to when visiting the area."

"This house was beautiful and comfy inside. It was pretty well-equipped for our needs. The beds were comfortable and house was cozy. It is off a very busy highway, so if traffic noise bothers you this may not be ideal. Also, just be aware that it has well water so there is an odor to the house from that."

"Great place to stay when attending events at IWU campus! I stayed a couple of nights here when I needed to be in Marion for graduation-related faculty & staff events. It's ideal for that. Very conveniently located close to campus, but right off one of the main drives to get to anywhere else in town, too.It may not look like much from the exterior pics (and admittedly it's a smaller unit), but it's well equipped, warm & homey, clean, and well cared for.
