"I love this place. This would be my 9th stay, from when it was a bit down market to now, when it has been restored to its original glory. The main win for me is the front desk staff, especially Alvin. I arrived at 7:15am after a long flight from Sydney. I was welcomed with his huge smile, asking after my family and work before telling me my room was ready. How's that for a welcoming service? I'll be back Alvin."
