"The place exceeded our expectations. We get together every year - we are all seniors and usually go to Hocking Hills. We had to move up our stay this year and decided to try this place based on what we saw online. It was great because it had all the bedrooms on the first floor. The only thing we would suggest is that you have more kitchen chairs we had to bring some folding chairs."

"Very clean and well maintained. Decor includes interesting items from around the world. Master bed was comfy, and owner was friendly on the phone. When she learned we were coming for my husband's birthday, she left a fun card for him with all the check-in info. We went in October and enjoyed the cozy gas fireplace and beautiful lake view. "My family of 4, plus my parents and brother spent a weekend at the house and really enjoyed ourselves. The property is enormous and the kids enjoyed playing hide and seek in the many rooms. The kitchen is expansive and there's plenty of room for lots of cooks to all be doing their own projects. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire ring at night.
