"Our original room had a slow draining bathtub which hampered the showering experience. We called the front desk and they sent a maintanance man that was very polite and helpful. He worked on trying to unclog the drain for 30 minutes. He finally suggested we have a room change and very kindly made arrangements for us to move directly across the hall.
