"The hotel is a good deal and the area is sketchy. Lots of homeless and drug addicted people are in the streets. We saw throw up, feces, and open peeing. Terribly sad - so, we moved to a safer neighborhood. "

"A very clean, chic hotel with good amenities. Checkin/out staff were very friendly. We stayed here for a night because we had a birthday party in the area. I went with my gut and booked this hotel, which was about $20-30 more but worth it because it’s in a stretch further from the Tenderloin, away from all the homeless and poop on the street. We walked down the hill and Market ST this morning and am so glad we avoided all the crap (literally & figuratively) on the street last night."
