"Had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is new and beautiful. I was concerned after reading reviews before booking the hotel (regarding safety due to homelessness close by); however, it was not bad at all and we felt safe at all times. Security was always there, and even coming in and out late night (10pm-3am) it all felt safe even when security was not outside on the street. "

"The staff was friendly and professional, especially Mavis at the registration desk. The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is located near the BART/MUNI station, the cable car turnaround, and Union Square. Highly recommended."

"This was my second time staying at the Hilton Union Square and I absolutely love everything about it. The hotel has a restaurant/ bar on the 46th floor with an amazing view of the city. I enjoyed Daniel at the bar in the lobby. He makes yummy drinks and had a lot of funny stories to tell. This place is amazing!! 5 stars ⭐️ from me!!"
