"What an experience. One of the more quieter and nicer all inclusive resorts on Zanzabar. 1/2 board though, but breakfast and dinner were ample buffets. Lots of local dishes and for such a remote place, much of the food is locally sourced. Fruit at breakfast and desserts made with local ingredients are standouts. "All the staff were Excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable and they go above and beyond for the guests. One even offered to escort me to where I needed to go. I was thankful but declined as I was confident that I could find it. I definitely would return to this hotel again if I ever came back to Tanzania, which I plan to do."

"This is a beautiful hotel in a great location, right in the middle of the very long Matemwe beach. We loved everything about the hotel. Our room - a junior suite with a beach view and balcony - was gorgeous and very large. There was a view of the ocean from every room, including the shower, and the room was very clean and comfortable in every way.
