Ramso was at our service and he did an amazing job, he was so heartwarming and proactive, regularly asking us how we are and if we need something, asante sana! All communication was done via Whatsapp. Be aware that in the jungle villa, the animals surrounding can be loud in the night! The last patch of road to the hotel is not paved but that is a minor thing. Unfortunately, the hotel does not have an ATM and the front desk was unable to hand out cash that we wanted for the last 2 days as we ran out..."
