"Very spacious two bed two bath apartment on the top floor. Kitchen was well equipped for making breakfast and easy dinner. Check in was made easy by staff Great location. A 15 minute walk to the Castle and a little longer to the train station. Great value for the price. "

"Lovely, quiet property, right in the heart of Bristol. The flat is beautiful, with lots of places to sit and chill. Complimentary soaps, coffee and tea, and they had even chilled a decanter in the fridge for me to put water in. Lovely attention to detail! I booked this last minute, so it was really too big for just one person, but I would imagine a group of friends or a family would have lots of fun here. My only complaint is that the higher speed WiFi didn't work and the smart TV wasn't...

"The apartment was a nice size, however the cleaner has done an awful job; big old cobwebs on multiple parts of the ceiling, no soap and conditioner in the bathroom, small dark stains on the bedding. Our main issue was that we were rudely disturbed and overheard the cleaner complaining that we were still in our room, all whilst we were well within our time prior to checking out. "For student accommodation, the place is great, and it’s value is second to none. Likewise the staff were friendly and great to deal with. However, is a 20 minute walk to the city center, and isn’t in the greatest area. Giving it 5 stars as it’s better than expected and considering the price of hotels at the time due to the billy joel concert, a clean bed and ensuite for that price is incredible. However if staying in the future when hotel prives aren’t through the roof, would stay elsewhere in...
