Few Restaurants, convenience store and ATM around the corner and between 20 minutes walk to Lake Pichola and the City Palace. The staff was very nice and friendly, specially the manager always helping with my requests. Highly recommended."

"The hotel is well located closed to the lake and for the ones that booked too late and couldn’t get a room at the lake or the ones that want more quiet nights that is. A great location. The lobby and rooms are nicely decorated. The marble floor is quite cold in winter and know that there is no heating in the room. "I started off in a tiny uncomfortable room like a boom closet with single bed even though I booked and paid for a non-smoking room with double bed many weeks in advance. Lights were dim or 'only for show'. I had to use my friend's bathroom because no hot water in mine. On the second of our 3 days I very firmly requested a better room and was allocated one. It was necessary to drag my heavy bag up and down stairs. The hotel is located on a very busy road junction with heavy vehicles...
