"This hotel was super clean and comfortable. The suite style room was inviting and quite big for families. A very clean and modern bathroom. The staff goes above and beyond for our needs, especially the staff at the restaurant - they were amazing, friendly and accommodating. The only issue is the poor soundproofing of the room windows. "First off, I must say that Arpit (don't know if he's the owner or manager) is absolutely outstanding in helping with any information or anything needed for the room. The room didn't have any hangers and he sent those immediately. The room is not advertised to have electric kettle but on being asked he provided one with coffee/milk/sugar packets! "First of all the approach road to Zana Lake Resort is horrible. The concept of hotel is different. There is no reception. I called from the room phone intercom to reach the person who checked us in . I tried since early morning till noon. No response. I felt its unsafe when there is no contact with anyone for any need. No mini fridge or ice. No Other activities in the resort area except swimming pool. It's built in remote village area without building infrastructure. I paid $162.21 (13380 Rs)....
