"The biggest highlight of this property is how well they planned our tour for the day. The front desk staff is extremely efficient and kind. Overall good stay. Gym is the only negative note. They should improve it. "

"Good experience living in a heritage property. Clean room, unfortunately, the mattress was sagging and not very comfortable to sleep in. Filed a complaint with the manager who acknowledged it."
