Right from Bharat (at entrance) Sonali (at check in) Kishan, Pawan, Gaurav, Ayush and Uday (cart driver) paid attention to every detail and made us feel welcomed. Location of the hotel is spot on. Great place to stay in Udaipur if you want view of the lake and easy access to the city. Their food is great too, would definitely recommend this hotel. "

Lights were dim or 'only for show'. I had to use my friend's bathroom because no hot water in mine. On the second of our 3 days I very firmly requested a better room and was allocated one. It was necessary to drag my heavy bag up and down stairs. The hotel is located on a very busy road junction with heavy vehicles...

"Stayed here for 3 nights booked rooms Do not book for anything more than 2k. Pathetic service and amenities Booked for delux room but they gave one regular room without informing. When I told them about it they were like we dont have any other room and this is the only option and the new room was only made available next day. We ordered food from outside and ask them to give us plates, they just gave us 1, when asked for few more they said kitchen is closed and we can't give you just plates....
