"The hotel is well located closed to the lake and for the ones that booked too late and couldn’t get a room at the lake or the ones that want more quiet nights that is. A great location. The lobby and rooms are nicely decorated. The marble floor is quite cold in winter and know that there is no heating in the room. "Excellent rooms and service. Staff very friendly. It is very close to pichola, city palace and important tourist places. We booked three rooms and all was good. Didnt get a chance to use breakfast. Only minus is that roads are under construction and positive is it is opposite to police/cop stations."

"Stayed here for 3 nights booked rooms Do not book for anything more than 2k. Pathetic service and amenities Booked for delux room but they gave one regular room without informing. When I told them about it they were like we dont have any other room and this is the only option and the new room was only made available next day. We ordered food from outside and ask them to give us plates, they just gave us 1, when asked for few more they said kitchen is closed and we can't give you just plates....

"he rooms are large, well furnished, cool A/C, TV, good WiFi and very clean as well as the bathroom. The location can not be better. Few Restaurants, convenience store and ATM around the corner and between 20 minutes walk to Lake Pichola and the City Palace. The staff was very nice and friendly, specially the manager always helping with my requests. Highly recommended."
