"Everything was v clean. We stayed in the Wotter Room on the second floor. Yes it could all do with a bit of a paint in patches but the room is charming and huge. The view was amazing - we could see the fireworks in Plymouth the first night that we stayed. Had a fab Nepalese curry on Wednesday followed by an Indian pudding which was delicious. Steak on the second night. The hotel is on the edge of Dartmoor but close enough to the local tourist attractions. We will definitely return. "

"Guest house was really nice. Great location, short walk to the seafront & few restaurants. Walkable via seafront to the Barbican area which had lots of lovely restaurants, bars & boat tours."

"Vince and Erwan were the perfect hosts, extremely friendly and accommodating, and lovely to talk to. The room was beautiful, lots of lovely little touches (freshly baked lemon cake, pillow mist, selection of drinks and snacks in the room that you could pay extra for), everything was spotlessly clean, and the room was well appointed. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We booked our stay due to a funeral, however will definitely consider Villa Marina in future for a stay under better...
